Yes. We work with most major insurance providers. In many cases, windshield chip repair is covered at little to no cost, and replacements may only require your deductible. We can assist with the insurance claim process to make payment simple.
Payment is typically due at the time of service once the work is completed. If insurance is involved, you’re usually only responsible for any applicable deductible.
In some cases, a small deposit may be required to schedule your appointment, especially for special-order glass or ADAS-equipped vehicles. We’ll always let you know upfront before scheduling.
Yes. For mobile auto glass service, payment can be made on-site after the job is completed, using any accepted payment method for your convenience.
We understand schedules change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Deposits, if required, may be refundable depending on notice and special-order parts.
